Lab 1.5 : Connecting RouterBoard to Internet via LAN


Okay, this time i wll show you how to connect the internet via LAN in RoterBoard

Now to the step

Connect with MAC Address


Follow the picture to change the interface name


Check your interface name


Check in Interface (GUI)


Now we will disable ether 3, 4, 5. Follow the steps in picture


Check in the GUI Interface


Now we will enable interface, look to the below picture to ....


 Here, we will create vlan, see the picture below


Next, we will go to Master Port. Enter the command to create the Master Port like the picture below


Configure the IP Address for public and local


Configure the Gateway


Don't forget configure the DNS too


Now, we will try to create the dhcp client. Don't forget to enable dhcp client firstly


And last in RouterBoard, configure the firewall in RouterBoard


Configure the IP Address in Windows 7


Check the connection with CMD


Check with Browser
